Welcome to My Workout Tracker

This is my Workout Tracker website. I created this website because I am interested in working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I have been staying active for many years now, starting in middle school. In the meantime, I have participated in many different sports, including football, baseball, basketball, and track. One problem I have noticed with working out is that it can be difficult to remember everything from previous workouts. When you are working out frequently, it's easy to lose track of some of that important information. This website is being created to make that information easier to keep track of.

The idea behind this website is to create an environment where people can keep track of their workouts.A workout can include many different exercises, and each exercise can have a different number of sets, reps, and amount of weight. Keeping track of those numbers can help someone know what they did during their previous workout. It can also make it easier to decide what they want to do during their next workout.

Tracking workouts can also be useful for seeing progress over time. Progress in the gym isn't also super noticable, especially when you're just starting out. Being able to look back at previous workouts can show whether the amount of weight or number of reps has increased. Having that information organized in one place can be easier than trying to remember everything or keeping workout information in different notes. Using this website will track the workouts for you in a more organized manner.

This website will continue to grow as I learn more about web development. Right now, the site will have basic pages and information about workout tracking. As I progress throughout the course, I plan to add more features that allow users to enter workout information and view workouts they have completed in the past. Eventually, I would also like users to have their own accounts so their workout information can be saved.

The website includes a Workout Tracker page, a Workout History page, and a Contact page. The Workout Tracker will be where workout information is entered. Workout History will eventually display workouts that have already been completed. The Contact page gives visitors a way to submit information through a form. My goal is to keep the website simple so that someone can easily understand how to use it.
